Featured project
My own villa.
The first home I gut-renovated was my own. It started as a three-bedroom villa with great bones and a layout that no longer fitted family life. I turned it into four bedrooms, added a nanny's room, and made every square metre work harder.
An eight-metre extension opened the ground floor onto the pool. The kitchen, dining and living now connect, an unfitted European-style kitchen with the island as the hub of the house.
Upstairs, I closed in a balcony to make a dressing room and extended the primary en suite. The whole top floor is now a proper primary suite.

Yes. Abu Dhabi and the surrounding communities. Being on-site regularly is how I keep the build on track, so I stay close to home.
Depends on the scope. For a full gut, usually yes for part of it. For phased work, often no. I'll tell you honestly which one your project is at the planning stage.
I'll tell you early what your budget can realistically do. If it doesn't add up, you'll hear it from me before you spend anything, not halfway through.
Yes. Drawings, approvals, trades, sourcing, scheduling, all managed under one roof. You make the decisions; I manage everything else.
